Due to our growth, we are looking for an enthusiastic Associate Recruitment Consultant to join our team that covers the French market, operating from our office in Oostkamp.
As an Associate Recruitment Consultant, you will support experienced colleagues in mediating freelance consultants. You will learn the basics of recruitment and build both commercial and operational skills. This is the first step in your career path at Belsberg.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying and approaching freelance consultants.
- Assist in matching consultants with appropriate assignments.
- Contribute to building and maintaining relationships with consultants and clients.
- Collect and structure market information to support commercial actions.
