The client is an international leader in the chemical industry that is continuously seeking new talent for a variety of roles.
Задачи:- Find talent by clarifying hiring needs with hiring managers, sourcing suitable candidates, and guiding them through the initial stages of the recruitment process
- Collaborate with hiring managers and translate their needs into a targeted sourcing strategy
- Build talent pipelines, identify job seekers, and engage them
- At least 3 years of recruitment experience, including strong sourcing skills and experience proactively approaching candidates
- Agency and/or in-house recruitment experience, preferably in a commercial environment
- Completed higher professional or university education
- A solid track record of proactively finding, approaching, and persuading hard-to-find tech talent
- Experience sourcing profiles
- Entrepreneurial and creative, with the ability to develop innovative sourcing strategies and tools
- Based in the Netherlands
- Dutch and English language skills
