The organization specializes in Integrated Project Management (IPM) and project control. From its Amsterdam office, it works on projects in sustainable area development, the energy transition, and future-proof mobility, supporting clients in the spatial domain by connecting them with professionals.

• Search for suitable professionals for clients
• Build a network independently, approach candidates through various channels, and develop lasting relationships
• Manage the recruitment process, from finding and engaging candidates to conducting introductory interviews and making suitable matches
• Easily build and maintain relationships
• Be driven and motivated by achieving results
• Work independently and take responsibility for personal success
• Be entrepreneurial, enthusiastic, engaged, open-minded, and goal-oriented
• Hold at least a completed HBO bachelor’s degree
• Have a good command of Dutch
• Be available for at least 32 hours per week
• Preferably live in Amsterdam
• Salary of €2.700 to €3.000 gross per month based on 40 hours per week, excluding holiday pay
