Een publieke dienstverlener in Nederland zoekt een ICT Servicedesk Medewerker voor 32-40 uur per week. In deze rol ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers met ICT-vragen. Ervaring in een servicedesk en een afgeronde MBO-4 opleiding in ICT zijn vereist. Je biedt ondersteuning aan de balie, telefonisch en via het ticketsysteem, en draagt bij aan een soepele ondersteuning tijdens bijeenkomsten.
Deze functie biedt een salaris tussen €2.900 en €3.300 bruto per maand.
