DescriptionGRESB, the global sustainability benchmark for real assets, is recruiting an AI/Automation Engineer (LLM Focus) to join the Amsterdam-based team. The position offers a unique opportunity to work in a mission-driven organization that is shaping the markets of the future and paving the way for a more sustainable real asset industry. This is an exciting role for an entrepreneurial spirit with quite a lot of greenfield work and opportunities to shape new processes and tools.
The Member Success team's mission is to ensure that GRESB members achieve their desired outcomes and remain satisfied with GRESB's products and services, ensuring high quality data and service level. Your main responsibility is to help the team optimize various processes with the use of LLMs, so that our members are set up for success and benefit from an improved experience.
You will actively collaborate with other teams in GRESB, including Members Success, Quality Assurance, Data Quality, Product and Tech.
You will be reporting to the Chief Customer Success Officer.
Main responsibilitiesAs an AI/Automation Engineer, you will be involved across several projects of high impact within the department, with an emphasis on improving the customer journey and increasing the team’s efficiency, including:
- Supporting the data quality team to retrieve, process, and analyze data by building and maintaining data pipelines, utilizing tools such as SQL, R, and Python in tandem with AI tools such as Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Improving the technical proficiency of the team by identifying manual processes and suggesting opportunities for automation.
- Making it easier for internal and external users to analyze large and varying forms of text files and quantitative data from clients by leveraging LLMs.
- Hosting the relevant services above in our AWS suite and ensuring that these communicate with our different tools and environments
- Collaborating and engaging with third-party vendors, managing API endpoints to communicate with the GRESB platform
- At least 3 years of experience working on data solution engineering
- Experience in dealing with cloud-based services such as AWS, Azure, or Google
- Proficient in data handling and manipulation using different frameworks
- Ability to develop small, production ready applications and software solutions, preferably in python
- Ability to deploy those applications via CI/CD pipelines (no manual deploys)
- Expertise in working with AI/LLMs and statistical models
- Keen interest in automating and optimizing manual processes
- Strong communication skills
- Enthusiastic, energetic, and motivated to innovate and learn
- Team player who thrives in an international environment
- Fluency in English is mandatory - other European language skills are a plus
- Must possess the right to work in the EU (non-EU applicants must already have a Dutch working permit)
- Working from the office at least 3 days a week
