Ready for your next chapter? We’re looking for a Partnerships Coordinator to join the team in Amsterdam!

As a Partnerships Coordinator for Netherlands and Belgium, you’ll play an important role in the success story of how Storytel grows through intake partnerships. You’ll work closely with the Director of Global Partnerships, Intake Partnerships Manager and the Netherlands Marketing Manager to ensure progress, address challenges, and follow up on performance metrics for a wide range of partnerships. Plenty of other collaborations will take place daily, both with Storytellers and external collaborators.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Identifying, negotiating, and closing CPA-based & affiliate partnership deals to generate high-quality leads.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with partners, ensuring consistent performance and mutual growth opportunities.
• Monitoring industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions and identify new partnership opportunities.
• Analyzing partner performance metrics using tools like Looker and MS Office to optimize campaigns, track KPIs, and maximize ROI.
• Assessing and negotiating commercial terms to ensure alignment with company goals and profitability targets.
• Working closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and analytics, to ensure seamless integration and execution of partnership initiatives.

The Partnerships team is a global team with the main mission to accelerate Storytel’s growth through high-impact distribution and intake partnerships. Your colleagues are based in various locations across the globe, with a few others at Storytel’s headquarters at Riddarholmen in Stockholm. This provides strong exposure to global strategy, senior stakeholders, and cross-market initiatives.

To be successful in this role, we believe that you have several years of experience working with successful sales or partnerships in the Netherlands & Belgium. Thanks to this, you bring excellent knowledge of industry trends and sales tactics.

We also think that you tick the following boxes:

• Broad knowledge in the sales and/or partnership field, preferably from the streaming or any other digital content industry.
• Proven success in CPA based, affiliate partnership acquisition and lead generation.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in tools like Looker, MS Excel, and other data visualization platforms.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
• Highly self‑motivated and target‑oriented, always walking the extra mile to identify and close deals.
• Preference for working in a fast‑paced environment, with a strong ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Professional language skills in Dutch & English (English is a big plus!)
