Machine Learning and AI are integral to 's mission of making it easier for everyone to experience the world. In the Marketplace Data & AI department, we’re on a mission to enable a personalized, trusted traveler and partner experience using ML and AI.

In order to achieve this mission, we build state-of-the-art systems and platforms like the AI Application Platform. We’re hiring a Technical Product Manager to lead the AI Orchestration team that contributes to this platform. The team’s mission is to make it radically easy for other product teams across  to build and scale end‑to‑end, AI‑powered experiences. We aim to do this by providing powerful self‑service tools and reusable AI capabilities that are reliable by design.

Product teams can then focus on solving real traveler and partner needs, while the platform orchestrates sophisticated workflows behind the scenes.

As a Technical Product Manager in this team, you will lead the strategy, long-term vision, and success definition of AI Orchestration products. You’ll partner with product teams across the company to help realize your team’s vision and grow value for our customers and businesses.

The AI Application Platform operates at the forefront of AI technology at  It enables product teams across the company to rapidly adopt and accelerate innovative uses of AI  platform offers a suite of products that have been successfully deployed, and that make it easier for  users to experience the world every day.

• Own and lead the AI Orchestration team’s vision, mission, roadmap and end to end execution while partnering closely with SW and ML engineers.
• Build and adapt the product strategy to the constantly evolving needs and constraints imposed by the business.
• Work with your engineering counterpart to prioritize the team backlog, aligning day-to-day execution with user and business needs.
• Define, measure and communicate the team’s success metrics, progress and impact to the business leadership in a transparent and effective way.
• Guiding and scaling new capabilities, systems and services from inception to launch while keeping customers at the center of everything.
• Help the team identify and manage technical debt, balancing immediate delivery needs with long-term maintainability to ensure system stability and quality.
• Deeply understand the direction of the business and the problems customers face; extract and identify requirements from other business initiatives and prioritize them ruthlessly.
• Constantly engage with stakeholders to expand the coverage of the product and create impact.
• Work closely with engineers, MLSs, other product managers and product teams to define and ship high quality products.

• At least 3 years of experience in product management roles
• Strong technical background and experience with managing AI platform products and complex roadmap development.
• Proven ability to manage technical roadmaps, address technical debt and balance short-term delivery with long-term platform and product health.
• Previous experience and deep level of understanding of Machine Learning and AI applications.
• Ability to articulate complex technical products as a clear and compelling narrative.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Be able to clearly communicate with the business at all levels.
• Effective at engaging with engineers, data scientists, and users of the platform, translating technical detail into actionable goals.
• Excellent prioritization skills in time critical situations while balancing customer & business needs.
