Insify is looking for a smart, ambitious, and relentlessly driven Chief of Staff to join our team. In this high-visibility role, you will report directly to the CEO/Founder and partner with cross-functional leaders to ensure our most critical strategic initiatives are executed with excellence. As Chief of Staff, you will act as a strategic "firefighter" and project lead, flying into different departments to solve our most complex bottlenecks. Your mission is to move the needle on high-impact initiatives where the path forward isn't yet defined.

What You’ll Be Up To (some examples)
  • End-to-End Operational Transformation: Take full ownership of mission-critical transitions—such as the architectural scoping and execution of bringing claims handling in-house—to maximize vertical integration and customer value.
  • Scalable Framework Design: Identify systemic inefficiencies within Customer Operations and implement high-performance, scalable frameworks that eliminate friction and drive operational excellence.
  • Investor Relations & Strategic Storytelling: Architect high-stakes investor decks and board materials that distill complex operational progress into compelling narratives.
  • Insurance Product Innovation: Partner with the Insurance and Underwriting teams to optimize our product lifecycle, ensuring our digital-first approach remains the gold standard in the European SME market.
  • Data-Driven Interventions: Collaborate with the Data team to build the advanced dashboards and KPIs necessary to audit your own strategic "interventions," ensuring every shift delivers a measurable, aggressive ROI.
  • European Expansion Architecture: Map and harden our end-to-end processes to ensure our rapid expansion across Europe scales with speed without compromising operational stability or customer experience.
Your Profile
  • This role is ideal if you are currently a Strategy Consultant or Project Lead who is tired of just making slides and wants to "own" the implementation and results.
  • Background in strategy, business operations, or a previous Chief of Staff role within a fast-growing startup/scale-up.
  • You can easily switch from a high-level strategic discussion with the CEO to a detailed workflow audit with a claims handler.
  • Ability to take an ambitious, messy idea and transform it into a clear, executable roadmap.
  • Highly proactive and organized; you thrive when managing several overlapping timelines and know how to focus on what actually moves the needle.
  • A "get it done" mentality. You aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves and do the manual work required to prove a concept before scaling it.
