Responsibilities
- Act as a servant-leader and coach for the Scrum Team, ensuring consistent adoption of Scrum principles, values, and practices.
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Partner closely with the Product Owner to ensure a well-groomed, prioritized, and transparent product backlog.
- Identify, track, and actively help remove impediments that hinder team progress and delivery.
- Protect the Scrum Team from external interruptions and distractions, enabling focus and productivity.
- Foster a collaborative, open, and psychologically safe environment that encourages trust and teamwork.
- Promote continuous improvement through effective retrospectives, feedback loops, and adaptive practices.
- Track, analyze, and communicate team performance metrics such as velocity, burndown charts, and sprint outcomes.
- Coach team members on Agile best practices, self-organization, and cross-functional collaboration.
- 6–8 years of hands-on experience working as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in Agile delivery environments.
- Strong expertise in Scrum framework, Agile principles, and servant leadership.
- Proven experience facilitating Scrum events and guiding teams toward high-performing, self-organizing behaviors.
- Experience working closely with Product Owners to manage and refine product backlogs.
- Strong understanding of Agile metrics and their use in driving transparency and improvement.
- Ability to manage dependencies, risks, and impediments across teams and stakeholders.
- Practical exposure to organizational Agile transformation or adoption initiatives.
- Coach teams to embrace Agile mindsets and continuously improve their ways of working.
- Facilitate discussions, resolve conflicts, and build consensus within diverse teams.
- Identify root causes of delivery challenges and guide teams toward effective solutions.
- Adapt Scrum practices to suit team maturity while remaining aligned with Agile principles.
- A collaborative Agile environment that values continuous learning and improvement.
