Senior ServiceNow Developer – IRM​/TPRM​/SecOps

Overview

Senior Service Now Developer - IRM / TPRM / Sec Ops with responsibility for leading and contributing to end-to-end Service Now implementations focused on Integrated Risk Management (IRM), Third Party Risk Management (TPRM), and Security Operations (Sec Ops).

• Lead and contribute to end-to-end Service Now implementations, with a strong focus on IRM, TPRM, and Sec Ops.
• Design, develop, and implement workflows, integrations, notifications, and flow automation across Service Now modules.
• Act as a technical SME across IRM, TPRM, Sec Ops, and ITSM initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable Service Now solutions.
• Support application development through Service Catalog, CMDB in APM, SPM, and HRSD modules.
• Develop and maintain Service Now scripts and configurations to meet enterprise needs.
• Support deployments using Source Control, Update Sets, and CI/CD pipelines, ensuring smooth transitions from development to production.
• Contribute to continuous platform improvements, including integrations and automation enhancements.
• Provide technical guidance throughout implementation phases and post-deployment support.

• 10+ years of overall IT experience, including at least one full-cycle Service Now implementation.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Service Now IRM, TPRM, and Sec Ops.
• Solid experience with ITSM, Service Catalog, Workflows, CMDB in APM, SPM, and HRSD.
• Proficiency in Service Now scripting, integrations, and flow automation.
• Working knowledge of ITOM is a strong advantage.
• Experience building or maintaining custom widgets is a plus.
• Proven experience supporting releases through Source Control, Update Sets, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
