Overview
Senior Service Now Developer - IRM / TPRM / Sec Ops with responsibility for leading and contributing to end-to-end Service Now implementations focused on Integrated Risk Management (IRM), Third Party Risk Management (TPRM), and Security Operations (Sec Ops).
Responsibilities- Lead and contribute to end-to-end Service Now implementations, with a strong focus on IRM, TPRM, and Sec Ops.
- Design, develop, and implement workflows, integrations, notifications, and flow automation across Service Now modules.
- Act as a technical SME across IRM, TPRM, Sec Ops, and ITSM initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable Service Now solutions.
- Support application development through Service Catalog, CMDB in APM, SPM, and HRSD modules.
- Develop and maintain Service Now scripts and configurations to meet enterprise needs.
- Support deployments using Source Control, Update Sets, and CI/CD pipelines, ensuring smooth transitions from development to production.
- Contribute to continuous platform improvements, including integrations and automation enhancements.
- Provide technical guidance throughout implementation phases and post-deployment support.
- 10+ years of overall IT experience, including at least one full-cycle Service Now implementation.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Service Now IRM, TPRM, and Sec Ops.
- Solid experience with ITSM, Service Catalog, Workflows, CMDB in APM, SPM, and HRSD.
- Proficiency in Service Now scripting, integrations, and flow automation.
- Working knowledge of ITOM is a strong advantage.
- Experience building or maintaining custom widgets is a plus.
- Proven experience supporting releases through Source Control, Update Sets, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into practical Service Now solutions.
- Design and deliver automation, integrations, and workflows aligned with enterprise objectives.
- Provide technical guidance and ensure delivered functionalities meet business needs.
- Support smooth deployments and production releases through structured delivery practices.
- Identify improvement opportunities across Service Now platforms and modules.
- Work independently while contributing effectively within distributed teams.
- Engagement in enterprise-level Service Now implementations across risk, security, and service management domains.
- Exposure to complex automation, integration, and platform enhancement initiatives.
- A collaborative delivery environment focused on quality and continuous improvement.
