Position: ServiceNow Developer (ID:3455)

As a Service Now Developer (6–8 Years Experience), you will:

  • Design, develop, and implement Service Now solutions with hands-on involvement in at least one end-to-end Service Now implementation
  • Work extensively on ITSM and SPM modules, delivering scalable and business-aligned solutions
  • Develop and enhance Employee Self Service portals, including Knowledge, Chat, Mobile, and Workflow capabilities
  • Configure and customize CMDB with Application Portfolio Management (APM) and support configuration management activities
  • Build and maintain basic and advanced widgets to improve user experience
  • Support IT Operations Management (ITOM) at both basic and advanced levels
  • Contribute to implementations across IRMSecOps, HRSD, and TPRM (Third Party Risk Management)
  • Collaborate closely with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into effective Service Now solutions
  • Support deployments using Source Control, Update Sets, and CI/CD pipelines, ensuring smooth promotion across environments
What You Bring to the Table:
  • 6–8 years of overall experience as a Service Now Developer
  • Proven hands-on development experience across Service Now ITSM and SPM modules
  • Strong expertise in Service Now scripting and workflow automation
  • Experience working with Employee Self Service portals, Knowledge Management, Chat, Mobile, and Workflows
  • Solid understanding of CMDB, APM, and configuration management practices
  • Exposure to ITOM, IRM/Sec Ops, HRSD, and TPRM modules
  • Practical experience supporting deployments using source control and CI/CD practices
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, delivery-focused environments
You Should Possess the Ability to:
  • Design and implement workflows, integrations, notifications, and flow automation within Service Now
  • Analyze business requirements and convert them into scalable technical solutions
  • Collaborate effectively with stakeholders, providing technical guidance throughout implementation
  • Ensure solution quality, performance, and maintainability
  • Support release management and deployments with minimal production impact
  • Work independently while contributing effectively within cross-functional teams
