As a Service Now ITSM Developer (6–8 Years Experience)
- Design, develop, and implement Service Now solutions with hands-on experience in at least one full Service Now implementation
- Work extensively on ITSM and SPM modules, delivering robust and scalable solutions
- Develop and support integrations related to Telecommunication and Service Management
- Configure and manage Service Catalog and Workflow Management solutions
- Perform Service Now scripting to support business logic, automation, and enhancements
- Configure and maintain CMDB, Configuration Management, and Application Portfolio Management (APM)
- Design and develop basic and advanced Service Now widgets to enhance user experience
- Support IT Operations Management (ITOM) at both basic and advanced levels
- Contribute to implementations involving IRM/Sec Ops and TPRM (Third Party Risk Management)
- Collaborate closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver solutions aligned with business needs
- Support deployments using Source Control, Update Sets, and CI/CD pipelines, ensuring smooth transitions from development to production
- 6–8 years of overall experience as a Service Now Developer
- Proven experience with Service Now IT Service Management (ITSM) and SPM modules
- Strong hands-on expertise in workflow design, integrations, notifications, and flow automation
- Experience working with Service Catalog, scripting, and widget development
- Solid understanding of Configuration Management, CMDB, and Application Portfolio Management
- Exposure to ITOM (basic and advanced), IRM/Sec Ops, and TPRM
- Experience supporting deployments using Source Control, Update Sets, and CI/CD practices
- Ability to work effectively in a structured, delivery-focused environment
- Design and implement end-to-end Service Now workflows and integrations
- Translate complex business requirements into effective technical solutions
- Provide technical insights and recommendations throughout the implementation lifecycle
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure solution alignment
- Maintain solution quality, scalability, and compliance with best practices
- A challenging Service Now development role involving multiple enterprise Service Now modules
