Senior UX​/UI Designer

As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you will:

• Create high-quality UI designs in Figma, aligned with established design systems and accessibility standards.
• Conduct end-to-end UX research, including requirements gathering, user interviews, accessibility and heuristic audits, usability testing, and synthesis of insights.
• Collaborate closely with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to deliver seamless user experiences across multiple program modules.
• Translate research findings into wireframes, interactive prototypes, and final UI assets.
• Ensure consistency and usability across all modules through design governance and continuous iteration.
• Utilize Figma Make and AI‑assisted design tools to enhance design efficiency, prototyping, and testing workflows.
• Manage multiple work streams while meeting delivery timelines.
• Ensure all deliverables comply with accessibility standards, brand guidelines, and data security requirements.

• 6–8 years of overall experience in UX/UI design, preferably across complex, multi‑module applications.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma for prototyping and applying design systems.
• Hands‑on experience with AI‑assisted design tools within UX/UI workflows.
• Strong background in both qualitative and quantitative UX research methods.
• Proven ability to manage parallel work streams and deliver on tight schedules.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross‑functional teams.
• Strong understanding of accessibility standards and usability best practices.
