ServiceNow Developer

As a Senior Service Now Developer, you will:

• Design, develop, and implement Service Now workflows, integrations, notifications, and flow automation
• Collaborate closely with business and technical stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle
• Provide technical guidance and solution recommendations to ensure platform capabilities align with business needs
• Build and support integrations and automated processes using Service Now best practices
• Support deployments using Source Control, update sets, and CI/CD pipelines, ensuring smooth transitions from development to production
• Contribute actively to solution vision and platform strategy, leveraging experience from multiple customer implementations
• Apply advanced Service Now techniques to drive scalable, maintainable, and high-quality solutions

• 10+ years of overall experience with strong expertise in Service Now development
• Extensive hands‑on experience designing and implementing workflows, integrations, notifications, and automation
• Deep understanding of Service Now platform capabilities and development techniques
• Proven experience working with Source Control, update sets, and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong background collaborating with stakeholders and translating business requirements into technical solutions
• Ability to bring industry and cross‑customer experience into solution design and platform vision

• Take ownership of end‑to‑end Service Now solution design and implementation
• Guide technical decisions and influence platform architecture and automation strategy
• Balance hands‑on development with strategic and advisory responsibilities
• Ensure high-quality delivery across development, testing, and deployment phases
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
