Job Description- Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform.
- Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards.
- Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products.
- Be a productive member of the team.
- Hands-on experience with the Service Now HRSD suite, including Case and Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center, Lifecycle Events, Employee Document Management, and HR integrations.
- Strong expertise in the Service Now platform, covering Service Portal, Flow Designer, Workflow, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, and UI Actions.
- Proven experience in HR process automation, including case management, employee onboarding and offboarding, employee transitions, and document management workflows.
- A challenging, innovating environment.
