Data Architect

Responsibilities:

• Design, define, and maintain enterprise-level data architecture aligned with organizational and industry standards
• Establish and implement data governance frameworks based on DAMA-DMBOK principles
• Develop and manage conceptual, logical, and physical data models across multiple domains
• Ensure consistency and alignment of data models with business glossaries and enterprise data standards
• Define and implement approaches for data quality measurement, monitoring, and improvement
• Establish and manage metadata, data lineage, and cataloging practices
• Work closely with Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and Business SMEs to ensure architectural alignment

• 4–6 years of experience in data architecture, data modeling, or related data roles
• Strong hands‑on experience with data governance and DAMA-DMBOK frameworks
• Proven expertise in data modeling tools, particularly Sparx Enterprise Architect (EA)
• Experience in defining and implementing data quality frameworks, metadata management, and lineage
• Hands‑on exposure to data catalog tools such as Collibra, Atlan, or similar platforms
• Solid understanding of enterprise data architecture principles and best practices

• Translate business requirements into robust and scalable data models
• Drive consistency and standardization across data domains and systems
• Influence and collaborate with governance bodies and technical teams
• Communicate complex data concepts clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
• Balance strategic data architecture vision with hands‑on execution
