As a Commercial Engineer at Voyado, you ll step into an exciting role at the intersection of technology, sales, partnerships, and strategy. Supporting our products Engage and Elevate, you’ll combine technical expertise with commercial acumen to drive our sales efforts and support our partners. You’ll play a pivotal role in understanding customer needs, delivering compelling product demonstrations, and tailoring solutions that address client challenges.

This is also the first Commercial Engineer role in our Amsterdam office, giving you the unique opportunity to help shape and establish this function locally while being part of a fast-growing international team. • Collaborate with the sales team and partners to identify customer needs and deliver tailored technical solutions.

• Conduct in-depth product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase the capabilities of Engage and Elevate.

• Address technical challenges, customizing solutions to ensure alignment with client requirements.

• Act as a bridge between sales, partner managers, and product teams, translating technical details into clear business benefits.

• Stay updated on product enhancements, industry trends, and the competitive landscape.

We’re looking for a dynamic professional ready to take the next step in their career. Ideally, you have a technical background and a business-oriented mindset, enjoy problem-solving, thrive in a collaborative environment, and have a knack for translating complex technical details into compelling value propositions.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience as a Sales Engineer, Solution Engineer, or a technical customer-facing role, such as working with implementing a SaaS Solution.

• Background working with complex digital products, preferably SaaS solutions.

• Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify and engage.

• Creative problem-solving skills to address diverse customer needs.

• Motivated by the challenge of entering new markets and driving growth.

• Experience with CRM systems in the e-commerce industry is highly meritorious (and experience with Voyado specifically is a strong plus). Meritouriousifyou refluentin
