Then you might be the Specialist we’re looking for in the Marketing Automation team at s360.

As a Specialist, you’ll play a key role in building and executing data-driven email marketing and marketing automation initiatives for some of the most ambitious brands in Europe. Our mission is to help clients activate their first-party data and turn subscribers into loyal customers - using tools like Klaviyo, Agillic, Active Campaign, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

You’ll get to work across:

• Email Flows & newsletter campaigns:
  Set up automated flows and newsletters in close collaboration with strategists, designers, and data specialists.
• Segmentation & personalization:
  Build dynamic audiences based on customer behaviour, lifecycle stages, and transactional data.
• Lead generation & activation:
  Support clients in optimizing signup flows, forms, and pop-ups across digital touchpoints.
• Reporting & performance Insights:
  Compile and present campaign and flow performance in slide decks and dashboards.
• Client Presentations:
  Assist in creating clear, visually compelling presentations and strategic documentation.

This role is ideal if you’re looking to grow within the marketing automation field and want to be surrounded by a highly experienced and collaborative international team.

We are looking for someone who’s curious, structured, and ready to learn. You probably recognize yourself in the following:

• A relevant academic background (business, marketing, tech, or similar).
• Strong interest in digital marketing, especially email, CRM, and lifecycle marketing.
• Comfortable working with tools and data.
• A structured, detail-oriented approach and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• A positive, collaborative attitude and the ability to adapt quickly.
• Previous agency experience.

Experience with tools like Klaviyo, Active Campaign, or similar platforms is a plus—but not a must.

In our Amsterdam office, you’ll be part of a team made up of specialists across various digital marketing areas like Paid Search, SEO, Content, and Paid Social. In addition you will also join our international CRM team, where you’ll work alongside industry experts, all focused on continuously improving our services and delivering exceptional results for our clients.
