Responsibilities:

• Act as the technical liaison between colocation customers and internal data center teams
• Translate customer requirements into clear infrastructure and delivery plans
• Support colocation environments and smaller sites from a technical ownership perspective
• Coordinate closely with IT teams reliant on mechanical and electrical infrastructure
• Manage projects with strong technical oversight across delivery life cycles
• Communicate technical constraints, risks, and solutions clearly to stakeholders
• Ensure smooth alignment between customer expectations and infrastructure capabilities

Skills Must have:

• Broad M and E understanding across mechanical and electrical data center systems
• Experience working in colocation or customer facing infrastructure environments
• Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical topics
• Technical credibility when engaging with customers and senior stakeholders
• Experience managing technical projects or acting as a technical delivery lead
• Ability to operate across both engineering and stakeholder management domains
