Position: Desktop Support Engineer (D: 3649)

As a Desktop Support Engineer, you will:

  • Provide technical support to end users by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues
  • Install, configure, and set up desktop systems, laptops, peripherals, and business applications
  • Troubleshoot technical problems both remotely and on-site, ensuring minimal downtime
  • Perform routine system maintenance including updates, patches, hardware upgrades, and backups
  • Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, resolutions, and system configurations
  • Create and update knowledge base articles for common technical issues
  • Deliver user training and guidance to improve system usage and productivity
  • Collaborate with internal IT teams such as network engineers and system administrators for complex issue resolution
  • Implement and manage security configurations to safeguard systems against threats
What You Bring to the Table:
  • 4–6 years of overall IT experience in Desktop Support / Infrastructure Services
  • Strong hands‑on experience in desktop management and end‑user support
  • Good understanding of hardware, operating systems, and enterprise applications
  • Experience with troubleshooting network connectivity and system issues
  • Familiarity with IT service management and documentation practices
  • Strong communication skills with a user‑focused approach
You Should Possess the Ability to:
  • Provide quick and effective solutions to technical issues
  • Manage multiple support requests efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
  • Communicate technical information clearly to non‑technical users
  • Work independently as well as collaboratively within IT teams
  • Maintain attention to detail in documentation and system configurations
  • Ensure high levels of user satisfaction and service delivery
