Senior Data Modeler

Responsibilities

• Design and develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models aligned with business requirements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather, analyze, and translate data requirements.
• Create and maintain data models using Power Designer, ERwin, and Sparx Enterprise Architect (EA).
• Ensure alignment of data models with enterprise data architecture and business processes.
• Define and enforce data modeling standards, naming conventions, and best practices.
• Perform data analysis and impact assessments for system and schema changes.
• Work closely with data engineers and developers to implement and optimize data structures.
• Support data governance, data quality, and metadata management initiatives.
• Optimize models for performance, scalability, and maintainability across systems.

• 7–8 years of experience in data modeling and data design.
• Strong hands-on experience with Power Designer, ERwin, and Sparx Enterprise Architect (EA).
• Expertise in conceptual, logical, and physical data modeling techniques.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases and data structures.
• Experience working with complex and large-scale data environments.
• Understanding of data warehousing concepts and data integration.
• Familiarity with data governance, data quality, and metadata frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with both technical teams and business stakeholders.

• Ensure consistency and standardization across enterprise data assets.
