Position: Network Administrator (ID: 3699)

Manage, maintain, and support Windows-based server infrastructure ensuring high availability, security, and performance.
Install, configure, administer, and troubleshoot Windows Servers across enterprise environments.
Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, user access, and identity administration.
Perform patch management, system upgrades, monitoring, and performance optimization.
Support and administer virtualized environments using VMware / Hyper-V.
Manage backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes to ensure business continuity.
Troubleshoot system, network, and infrastructure issues while ensuring minimal downtime.
Work closely with infrastructure and operations teams to maintain secure, scalable, and reliable environments.
Contribute to operational improvements, system stability, and infrastructure best practices.

What You Bring to the Table:

6–8 years of overall experience in Windows Administration / Infrastructure Support / Network Administration.
Strong hands-on experience managing Windows Server environments in enterprise setups.
Expertise in Active Directory, Group Policy, patching, system monitoring, and troubleshooting.
Experience with VMware / Hyper-V virtualization technologies.
Knowledge of backup and recovery solutions, performance tuning, and system maintenance.
Understanding of Windows security administration, availability management, and infrastructure operations.
Exposure to Windows and Unix system administration is advantageous.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional environments.
