At GET (Gall & Etos Tech), we're building a cutting-edge, platform-driven data ecosystem—and we're looking for a Senior Data Engineer to join our innovative, interdisciplinary team.

As a Data Engineer
, you will play a critical role in designing and managing scalable data solutions. You'll be responsible for collecting, organizing, transforming, and delivering data in ways that empower business users and drive smarter decisions.

• Design and build scalable data pipelines using Apache Spark
  , Databricks
  , and Azure Data Factory
• Manage data ingestion, transformation, storage, and retrieval across multiple sources
• Develop robust data models and optimize data workflows for performance and reliability
• Collaborate with analysts and engineers to deliver impactful data solutions
• Ensure data quality, governance, and accessibility for business stakeholders
• Continuously improve data architecture and introduce innovative solutions

• 10+ years of experience in Data Engineering / Data Management
• Strong expertise in:
  • Apache Spark
  • Databricks
  • Azure Data Factory
• Proven experience building modern data platforms and pipelines
• Strong understanding of data architecture, modeling, and ETL/ELT processes

• Strong data intuition and problem-solving mindset
• Passion for innovation and continuous improvement
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, product-driven environment
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
