Project Manager – Supply Chain & ERP ()
As a Project Manager – Supply Chain & ERP, you will:
- Lead end-to-end project execution across supply chain and ERP transformation initiatives
- Manage cross-functional teams including business analysts, technical teams, and stakeholders
- Drive project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery within defined timelines
- Oversee ERP implementation or integration projects, preferably within SAP environments
- Ensure alignment of project outcomes with business objectives in procurement, warehousing, logistics, and order-to-cash processes
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable plans
- Monitor project risks, dependencies, and performance metrics, ensuring smooth delivery
- 4–6 years of overall experience, with at least 5 years in Program/Project Management
- Strong background in Supply Chain Management, including procurement, warehousing, planning, logistics, and order-to-cash
- Proven experience leading teams of functional and/or technical analysts
- Hands-on experience with ERP transformation or integration projects (preferably SAP)
- Exposure to logistics system implementations such as WMS, TMS, or OMS
- Experience working in retail or supply chain-driven environments
- Lead and motivate cross‑functional teams in a dynamic project environment
- Manage multiple stakeholders and ensure clear communication across all levels
- Analyze business requirements and align them with technical solutions
- Identify risks proactively and implement mitigation strategies
- Deliver projects within scope, timeline, and budget
- Adapt to evolving business needs and drive continuous improvement
