• People: You are a trusted team player and problem-solver who supports and mentors junior consultants. You actively share knowledge, stay up to date with new Salesforce capabilities, and help strengthen the team’s expertise.

• Processes: You own the overall solution blueprint and roadmap, you do solutioning and effort estimation for requirements and you have the ability to elicit requirements and translate to technical solutions.

• Technology: You master Salesforce Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud. You have knowledge and experience with Salesforce integrations and a strong background in delivery methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and Dev Ops, as well as associated tools like Jira, Confluence, and Slack.

• Data: You have a solid understanding of data modeling principles in Salesforce.

• Design & Workshops: You lead stakeholder workshops and discovery sessions to shape solution direction, translate business needs into Salesforce designs, and ensure alignment between business goals, technology, and delivery teams.
