Our Technology & Innovation team is growing, and we are looking for a Senior Consultant who loves building things and solving technical problems hands‑on, driven by data and AI 'll design and deploy end‑to‑end AI pipelines on leading Cloud platforms, write production‑ready Python code, and build robust model monitoring frameworks. As a Senior Consultant, you will bridge business strategy and technical execution, collaborate closely with decision‑makers, and ensure that every solution we deliver is scalable, impactful, and future‑proof.

You'llbe part of a true collective, working alongside consultants, data engineers, and AI specialists to deliver impact‑driven solutions.

• Implement state‑of‑the‑art data & AI applications at scale
• Develop and deploy data science solutions using Python, Docker, and leading Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Design end‑to‑end AI pipelines, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and long‑term impact

• Build robust monitoring frameworks to keep models performing at their best, proactively managing drift and retraining needs
• Bridge the gap between business strategy and technical execution, collaborating closely with decision‑makers to align AI solutions with their goals

• Stay ahead of the curve by exploring the latest in ML Ops, GenAI, and Cloud technologies

At ADC, we’re not just consultants: we’re leading experts in Data & AI using our expertise in AI, Data, Cloud, and Agentic Engineering. What unites us is a shared way of working: breaking down complex challenges to change how organisations operate.

• 3+ years of relevant experience with AI applications and platforms, ideally gained in consulting or project‑based work (data and cloud architecture affinity is a plus)
• A strong academic background with a MSc in Econometrics, Mathematics, Physics, Data Science, Computer Science, AI, or a related field
• A solid understanding of the Data & AI landscape: you know how to speak with both technical and business audiences
• Comfortable understanding the strategy & business context behind the technical problems you solve
• An entrepreneurial mindset: proactive, hands‑on, and energised by building in less structured environments
• Drive and structure: you can bring in new opportunities and push them forward with clarity and ownership
• A collaborative spirit:

• Fluent in English
