Where you’ll make an impact

• Translate complex business needs into technical solutions and strategies
• Design and build data pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and AI platform integrations
• Take ownership of client engagements focused on Data Engineering and AI
• Guide senior stakeholders on cloud-based and AI-driven applications, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security
• Contribute to project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring stakeholder alignment and timely outcomes

• Partner with clients by establishing trusted relationships, understanding client priorities and challenges, and owning the smooth delivery and long-term success of projects
• Contribute to client account development by identifying growth opportunities and supporting proposal efforts
• Reflect ADC’s values in all client interactions

• Inspire, support, and mentor consultants in your project team, helping to set high standards while growing your own leadership skills along the way
• Represent ADC in thought leadership and knowledge-sharing forums

• 5+ years of experience in Data and Cloud Engineering, ideally gained in consulting or project-based work
• A solid foundation in AI applications and platforms, modern cloud platforms and data architectures
• A solid understanding of the Data & AI landscape – you know how to speak with both technical and business audiences
• Comfortable understanding the strategy & business context behind the technical problems you solve
• Demonstrated leadership potential, with the ability to motivate, coach, and guide team members
• The ability to communicate with anyone in the room, breaking down complex ideas for technical and non-technical audiences
• A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset: you’re eager to solve problems, innovate, and drive change
• A collaborative spirit: you believe the best solutions come from diverse perspectives and supporting each other to raise the bar
• Fluency in English
