Portfolio Lead — Data, AI & Digital Transformation

In this role, you own delivery performance across multiple client accounts, overseeing multiple Data & AI projects. You maintain senior client relationships and ensure consistent delivery quality, predictability, and commercial performance across the portfolio. You bring structure to complexity, align stakeholders around shared priorities, and ensure end-to-end coherence across the client portfolio.

As Portfolio Lead, you own delivery performance and strategic growth across a portfolio of client accounts:

• Own delivery performance across a portfolio of client accounts, including quality, client satisfaction, and delivery predictability.
• Serve as the senior point of contact for client stakeholders at account level.
• Partner with business, sales, and technical teams on pre‑sales activities, including proposal development, delivery scoping, and feasibility input.
• Identify opportunities to expand and deepen client relationships across the portfolio.
• Ensure alignment between commercial commitments and delivery execution.
• Evolve delivery frameworks and AI‑enabled methodologies that improve scalability and predictability.
• Champion modern delivery practices that improve quality, efficiency, and collaboration through AI.

• 10+ years of experience in portfolio management, delivery leadership, or technology‑driven transformation environments.
• Proven track record leading complex, multi‑workstream Data & AI programs in enterprise environments.
• Experience managing multiple client engagements and senior stakeholder relationships simultaneously.
• Experience using AI tools in a structured and intentional way to support portfolio management, decision‑making, and delivery oversight.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills, including experience engaging executive leadership.
• Affinity with modern delivery methodologies, AI‑enabled ways of working, and organisational transformation.
• Fluent in both Dutch and English.
