Technology Support Engineer

Department Overview

Monex Europe Technology department is responsible for technology development and operations across the company and covers our London, Amsterdam, Madrid, Singapore & Toronto offices. Its responsibilities encompass oversight of all IT infrastructure, understanding business technology needs, evaluating new technologies, and accountability for the services and products used within Monex.

We’re looking for a proactive and technically strong Technology Support Engineer to join our growing IT function. You’ll be the escalation point for end‑user support across Microsoft
365 and Windows environments, ensuring our people stay productive and our technology runs smoothly.

• Resolve escalated end‑user incidents involving Microsoft
  365, business apps, identity and access, and endpoint issues.
• Support device builds, deployments, updates, and troubleshooting across laptops, desktops, and peripherals.
• Maintain and support Teams, SharePoint, One Drive, Exchange Online and other collaboration tools.
• Provide hands‑on office support including Wi‑Fi/LAN basics, printers, docking stations and meeting‑room tech.
• Work with engineers, infrastructure and security teams to improve service quality.
• Keep documentation and asset records accurate and up to date.

• 2–4 years of experience in IT support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows
  11 and Microsoft
  365.
• Experience with Intune or similar device‑management platforms.
• Solid troubleshooting abilities and a customer‑focused mindset.
• Clear communicator who thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
• Optional:
  Microsoft certifications (MS900, MD102, AZ900).
• Optional: ITIL Foundation certification.
• Optional:
  Power Shell or automation experience.
• Languages:
  
  High standard of oral & written English mandatory; fluency in other European languages (e.g., Spanish, Dutch, French, Luxembourgish, etc.) desirable.
