Junior SRE Engineer

Junior SRE Engineer (some experience required) – Skopje, hybrid. DEPT® is a growth‑invention company that helps global brands grow faster.

• Set up CI/CD pipelines on various platforms.
• Communicate with clients and advise on solutions.
• Work closely with business teams to maintain the best platforms for clients worldwide.
• Create long‑term simplicity and automate processes to enable quality delivery.
• Maintain an SRE mindset, prioritizing platform uptime.
• Handle 24/7 pager duty on a rotating basis.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Dev Ops/SRE engineer or Linux/Windows systems administrator.
• Experience with basic internet setups, troubleshooting, or monitoring (networking, email deliverability, SSL, NS records, domains, and third‑party tools).
• Experience with a major cloud platform (MS Azure experience is a plus).
• Experience with Dev Ops tooling such as CI/CD, orchestration, and monitoring.
• Experience automating processes with Terraform, Cloud Formation, ARM, Ansible, or similar (a plus).
• Any programming experience is a plus.
• Ability to collaborate with colleagues from different disciplines.
• Drive to learn new skills.
• Proactive, communicative, and unafraid to ask questions.
• Willingness to work closely with our clients, sometimes at client sites.
• Comfortable switching between focused work and lighthearted moments.
• Proficiency in English.
