Position: SailPoint NERM Architect (ID: 3782)

As a SailPoint NERM Architect, You Will:

  • Design and implement enterprise Non-Employee Risk Management (NERM) solutions using SailPoint technologies.
  • Define and manage onboarding and offboarding lifecycle processes for external users including vendors, contractors, partners, and third‑party users.
  • Architect and implement risk-based access controls, identity governance frameworks, and third‑party access management solutions.
  • Integrate SailPoint NERM solutions with vendor management systems, HR platforms, IAM solutions, and enterprise applications.
  • Define and enforce compliance, governance, and security controls for third‑party identity and access management.
  • Provide guidance on risk scoring models, periodic access reviews, certifications, and governance workflows.
  • Collaborate with security, compliance, infrastructure, and business teams to deliver scalable and secure third‑party identity solutions.
  • Support enterprise governance initiatives related to identity lifecycle management, access reviews, and risk mitigation.
  • Develop architecture documentation, technical specifications, governance models, and implementation guidelines.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex identity governance, integration, and access management issues.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to third‑party identity governance, automation, and operational efficiency.
  • Support enterprise transformation programs involving IAM modernization and security governance enhancements.
What You Bring to the Table:
  • 8–10 years of experience in Identity and Access Management with strong expertise in identity governance solutions.
  • Strong experience with SailPoint NERM or third‑party identity governance and administration platforms.
  • Deep understanding of vendor lifecycle management, third‑party access governance, and compliance-driven identity management practices.
  • Experience implementing onboarding, offboarding, certification, and risk-based access management processes.
  • Strong understanding of IAM integration technologies, APIs, identity federation, and enterprise connectivity frameworks.
  • Knowledge of enterprise security governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
  • Experience working with vendor systems, HR applications, and enterprise IAM ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC2, and enterprise audit requirements is preferred.
  • Exposure to third‑party risk management platforms and governance tools is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Experience supporting enterprise‑scale IAM transformation and security modernization initiatives.
You Should Possess the Ability To:
  • Design scalable and secure third‑party identity governance architectures.
  • Lead non‑employee identity lifecycle and risk governance transformation initiatives.
  • Translate complex business, compliance, and security requirements into effective IAM solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve advanced identity governance and integration challenges efficiently.
  • Collaborate effectively with security teams, compliance stakeholders, infrastructure teams, and business users.
  • Drive automation, governance, and operational excellence across third‑party access management environments.
  • Support enterprise compliance, audit readiness, and risk mitigation initiatives.
  • Promote modern IAM governance practices and continuous improvement across enterprise environments.
