We are looking for an Audit Manager Digital / IT with solid experience in IT, (cyber) security and digital transformation, preferably within a regulated or financial‑services environment. You understand the challenges of maintaining a secure, reliable and well‑controlled IT environment while supporting large‑scale digital transformation initiatives. Equally important, you can translate these challenges into a robust, risk‑based audit approach and provide clear, relevant insights to the business.
You take ownership naturally and provide constructive, timely feedback to colleagues and stakeholders.
- Lead audit assignments across the Ayvens Group, reporting to the Audit Director Digital, Projects & Data Analytics.
- Manage audit team and process across Digital / IT domains, ensuring all phases of the audit (preparation, diagnostic, investigation and reporting) are performed in line with professional standards and agreed timelines.
- Provide independent assurance through audits covering IT as well as end‑to‑end processes, including operational, governance and leasing processes.
- Maintain regular and structured dialogue with management across the Digital and IT organisation to stay close to ongoing initiatives and emerging risks.
- Apply leading IT risk and control frameworks (e.g., NIST CSF, ISO 27001) and conduct interviews, control testing and data‑driven analyses to identify key risks and control weaknesses.
- Maintain active follow‑up on the remediation of audit findings and challenge management where appropriate.
- Contribute to transversal responsibilities within the Audit Department, such as analysing emerging risks, maintaining audit work programmes and strengthening stakeholder management.
- Promote and implement innovation within Internal Audit (methodology, tools, technology, data analytics and AI).
Audit universe comprises all entities of the Ayvens Group, including head‑office, leasing and support entities across approximately 42 countries.
Qualifications- University degree (at least Master’s level) in IT, Information Systems, Information Security or a related field.
- Professional certification (or near completion) in IT auditing and/or information security (e.g., CIA, CISA, RE).
- 6–12 years of relevant experience in internal or external audit.
- Proven experience in several of the following areas:
- IT governance
- Complex Digital / IT transformation programs
- Cyber‑ and information security
- Data privacy, data management and data quality
- System development and Agile ways of working
- IT third‑party risk management
- Cloud environments
- IT operations and disaster recovery
The role includes international travel to Ayvens entities, typically up to 8–10 weeks per year, depending on the annual audit plan, with a maximum of two consecutive weeks at a time.
Skills- Strong interpersonal and communication skills that enable building and maintaining effective relationships across multiple functions and geographies.
- Comfortable operating in a dynamic environment, embracing change and enjoying coaching and mentoring less experienced team members during audit assignments.
- Collaboration, agility, project management and decision making reflecting the agile culture of Ayvens.
