Job Description

The Data Foundation SE org is looking for a Strategic DSE in Amsterdam to represent EMEA North (Benelux & Nordics regions). DSEs drive Mule Soft's and Informatica’s growth by defining and leading initiatives within their OU focusing on strategic opportunities, accounts, and industry motions with deep technical and product expertise, with a particular emphasis on agentic integration, AI-powered platforms, Data platforms and the Mule Soft Agent Fabric ecosystem.

Qualifications
  • EVP/SVP championship:
    Solutions and Sales executive leadership would endorse you based on your customer and Salesforce impact. Demonstrated through consistent recognition by SE and Sales leadership in EMEA North, including EVP-level visibility.
  • Scale and Multiplier Effect:
    You are a multiplier of talent by giving back to the Solutions community in at least three of the following areas: presenting at major Salesforce customer events, mentoring other SEs and CORE Architects regularly presenting enablement, creating assets that are widely leveraged across Solutions, engaging in a special project that benefits the Solutions community.
  • Impact and Thought Leadership:
    You have a strong brand and following (acting already as Distinguished), due to known customer impact in the Solutions Community. You are known for excelling in your role with thought leadership and impact. Recommended 5+ years as a Mule Soft Principal Strategic CA.

    You have consistently made an ACV impact and would be able to provide multiple win examples or a customer reference. This includes the ability to team and partner with Client SEs, Strategic Client Architects, Specialists, and the broader CORE team.

Foundational DSE Qualifications
  • A passion for technology with a strong ability to translate it into a meaningful business impact to our customers
  • Excellent presentation and composure abilities in front of all levels of technical and non-technical audiences — including C-level and board-level stakeholders, as well as large partner and customer audiences at events such as World Tour and Partner Summits
  • Proven ability to build trust with clients and influence key decision-makers
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with internal and external partners to qualify deals, identify business value, and provide technical guidance in order to set expectations to ensure customer success
  • Hands‑on experience with Mule Soft and Informatica platform capabilities including API Management, Mule Soft Agent Fabric, Mule Vibes, AI Gateway, and integration with Data Foundation platforms (e.g., Informatica, Data Cloud).
  • Experience with cloud technologies, including iPaaS, SaaS applications, cloud infrastructure, with particular depth in agentic integration patterns, LLM orchestration, and enterprise data governance.
  • Ability to lead deep‑dive discussions and conduct technical discovery meetings to document, analyze, and clarify business and technical requirements for detailed solution proposals
  • Eager to stay up to date with evolving technology landscapes while maintaining a deep understanding of competitive and complementary technologies, positioning DF's value effectively.
