Data Analyst

As a Data Analyst, you own the narrative. You translate complex data into actionable insights that drive real business results and act as a consultant to our clients, helping them navigate their data to make smarter marketing and technology decisions.

• Develop and maintain sophisticated dashboards that provide a holistic view of client performance.
• Perform deep-dive analyses to identify trends, audience behaviors, and conversion bottlenecks.
• Translate business requirements into technical data specifications for the engineering team.
• Advise clients on data collection best practices and measurement frameworks.
• Mentor Core Analysts, ensuring high standards of "getting sh
  * t done" across the team.

• Proven experience in a data‑centric role, preferably within a digital agency.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience with BI platforms (Looker, Tableau, etc.).
• Familiarity with digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta, GA4) and their data structures.
• The ability to present complex findings to stakeholders in a clear, compelling way.
• Knowledge of basic statistical concepts and A/B testing methodologies.
• Fluency in English and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Participation in E‑Verify (submission of Form I‑9 data to the U.S. government).
