• Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform.

• 8+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), with a strong focus on Identity Governance and Administration (IGA).
• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of SailPoint Non-Employee Risk Management (NERM) solutions.
• Define and govern the complete lifecycle management process for non-employees, including onboarding, role changes, periodic reviews, and offboarding.
• Design and implement risk-based access control models and governance frameworks for third-party identities.
• Establish processes for managing vendor, contractor, partner, and external workforce access in alignment with security and compliance requirements.
• Integrate SailPoint NERM with enterprise systems, including HR platforms, vendor management solutions, IAM systems, directories, and business applications.
• Define and implement security controls, approval workflows, access certification processes, and compliance requirements for third-party access management.
• Develop risk assessment methodologies, risk scoring models, and governance processes to monitor and mitigate third-party access risks.
• Lead periodic access reviews, certification campaigns, and compliance audits to ensure appropriate access privileges are maintained.
• Collaborate with security, risk, compliance, procurement, and business stakeholders to establish effective third-party identity governance practices.
• Provide architectural guidance and best practices for identity governance, access management, and risk management initiatives.
• Support enterprise security and compliance programs by ensuring adherence to regulatory and organizational requirements.
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing SailPoint NERM or similar third-party identity governance and lifecycle management solutions.
• Strong understanding of non-employee lifecycle management, vendor onboarding, access governance, and risk management processes.
• Experience integrating IAM solutions with enterprise applications, vendor systems, HR platforms, and cloud services.
• Strong expertise in API integrations, REST services, identity federation, and authentication technologies.
• Deep understanding of security governance, risk management, compliance controls, and access certification processes.
• Experience designing risk-based access models, segregation of duties (SoD) controls, and governance workflows.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with compliance and security frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST, or similar standards.
• Exposure to third-party risk management platforms and vendor governance solutions.
• Experience with cloud identity platforms, federation technologies, and enterprise IAM ecosystems.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements related to external workforce and third-party access management.
