• Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform.
• Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards.
• Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products.

• 5–7 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), with a strong focus on access management and identity governance.
• Manage the onboarding, modification, and offboarding processes for non-employee users, including vendors, contractors, consultants, and business partners.
• Administer access requests, approvals, provisioning, and de-provisioning activities in accordance with established governance policies.
• Monitor and manage risk scores, compliance controls, and policy violations related to third-party identities.
• Support periodic access reviews, certification campaigns, and audit activities to ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues related to SailPoint NERM and associated integrations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, vendor management teams, security teams, and application owners to ensure appropriate access governance and lifecycle management.
• Assist in implementing and maintaining workflows, approval processes, and governance controls for external users.
• Monitor access governance metrics and provide reporting on compliance, risk, and remediation activities.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance automation, operational efficiency, and user experience within the NERM environment.
• Ensure adherence to security policies, identity governance standards, and risk management procedures.
• Hands‑on experience with SailPoint NERM or similar non-employee identity governance and lifecycle management solutions.
• Strong understanding of third‑party identity lifecycle processes, including onboarding, access management, periodic reviews, and offboarding.
• Knowledge of governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) principles and access certification processes.
• Experience managing user provisioning, access requests, approval workflows, and identity governance controls.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Familiarity with SailPoint Identity
  
  IQ (IIQ) and integrations between NERM and broader IAM ecosystems.
• Experience with workflow automation, identity lifecycle automation, and process optimization.
• Exposure to compliance frameworks and audit requirements related to identity governance and third‑party access management.
• Experience working within enterprise IAM and security environments.
