Jobpurpose
As a Growth Operations & Pitch Enablement Manager, you are responsible for optimizing the end‑to‑end pitch process and commercial workflow across EMEA, ensuring that our markets act as a unified front, leveraging tech, data, and market research to increase overall win rates.
What you’ll do- Unified Pipeline Tracking
:
Maintain a centralized EMEA tracking framework to provide a rolling visual radar of all cross‑market pitch opportunities. - Workload Integration
:
Map key pitch criteria to integrate regional and market‑specific pipelines and predict parallel workloads. - Prospect Dossiers
:
Conduct background research on target accounts to deliver competitive reviews, executive bios, and digital footprint audits ahead of chemistry meetings. - Win/Loss Audits
:
Own the post‑pitch loop by collecting Win/Loss Questionnaires for closed opportunities in collaboration with Global New Business Leads. - Asset Curation
:
Feed pitch outcomes back into the EMEA Case Library/Pitch Engine (Suits) to continuously elevate core baseline assets. - Initial Pitch Gatekeeping
:
Coordinate EMEA conflict checks, research and share relevant public tenders, and handle foundational NDA reviews to accelerate the inbound sales funnel. - AI RFI Champion
:
Act as the main EMEA operator and trainer for our AI‑driven Pitch Engine (Suits) to automate and accelerate traditional RFI/tender information gathering. - Portal & Database Ownership
:
Manage supplier portal processes (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa, client platforms) and continuously optimise our central internal information database. - CRM Integrity
:
Audit Salesforce dashboards, tracking pitch data accuracy, and hold opportunity owners accountable to ensure flawless forecasting. - Bridge Support
:
Provide occasional bridge support to local inbound teams during peak vacation periods.
- Pipeline Accuracy & Completeness
:
Data integrity of the rolling pitch pipeline across all three EMEA markets. - Intelligence Quality
:
Depth, execution, and commercial utility of prospect dossiers and competitive reviews delivered prior to chemistry meetings. - Win/Loss Questionnaire Compliance Rate
:
Percentage of closed pitches successfully tracked and debriefed via official feedback channels. - Stakeholder Satisfaction
:
Quarterly feedback from VPs of Growth and Pitch Leads regarding operational support, tool efficiency, and strategic enablement.
- Internationally oriented with flawless English speaking and writing; additional fluency in German and/or Dutch is an advantage.
- 2–4 years experience in Sales Operations, Bid Management, Account Coordination, or a structured project‑management role within a fast‑paced agency environment.
- Strong data‑literacy skills, advanced capabilities in Google Sheets/Excel for pipeline tracking and data visualization.
- A proactive “Strategic Driver”, identifying process gaps, proposing solutions, and building structure independently.
- Excellent research skills and natural curiosity, able to dig up valuable commercial intelligence on companies, competitors, and executives.
- Experience or strong passion for implementing and prompting AI tools to replace manual, repetitive workflows.
- Previous experience with the AI Pitch Engine platform "Suits" (or similar automated RFX tools) is a strong advantage.
- High emotional intelligence, strong listening skills, and confidence to hold senior stakeholders and cross‑functional craft leads accountable for timelines and data updates.
- Solid experience utilizing CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) to manage sales funnels and ensure data transparency.
