Job Description- Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform.

- 5–7 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), with strong hands‑on expertise in SailPoint Identity
IQ. - Experienced SailPoint Identity
IQ (IIQ) Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support, maintain, and enhance enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. - Play a key role in managing IAM operations, supporting identity lifecycle processes, implementing enhancements, and ensuring compliance with organizational security and governance standards.
- Provide Level 3 (L3) support for the SailPoint Identity
IQ platform, ensuring system stability, performance, and availability. - Manage end‑to‑end identity lifecycle processes, including Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) activities.
- Administer user provisioning, de‑provisioning, access requests, and role management processes.
- Support and manage access certification campaigns, access reviews, and governance activities.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex IAM issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
- Develop, configure, and enhance SailPoint workflows, business rules, policies, connectors, and integration components.
- Support platform upgrades, deployments, testing, and enhancement initiatives.
- Collaborate with application owners, infrastructure teams, security teams, and business stakeholders to ensure effective identity governance.
- Generate compliance reports and support internal and external audit activities.
- Monitor platform health, identify opportunities for automation, and recommend process improvements.
- Ensure adherence to security policies, governance requirements, and regulatory standards.
- Proven experience configuring, administering, and supporting SailPoint IIQ in enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), access governance, role management, and compliance frameworks.
- Hands‑on experience developing and customizing SailPoint workflows, rules, policies, and connectors.
- Proficiency in Bean Shell, Java scripting, and SailPoint customization frameworks.
- Experience integrating SailPoint with Active Directory, LDAP, enterprise applications, databases, and other identity sources.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem‑solving capabilities.
- Experience supporting audits, compliance reviews, and access certification programs.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with API‑based integrations, automation frameworks, and identity lifecycle automation.
- Understanding of ITIL processes, including incident, problem, change, and release management.
- Exposure to cloud‑based IAM solutions and modern authentication technologies.
- Experience working in Agile and Dev Ops environments.
