• Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform.

• 8+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), with significant hands‑on expertise in SailPoint Identity
  
  IQ.
• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of SailPoint Identity
  
  IQ solutions across enterprise environments.
• Define and drive the IAM strategy, roadmap, governance framework, and best practices aligned with business and security requirements.
• Design and implement identity governance processes, including role‑based access control (RBAC), access certifications, provisioning, de‑provisioning, and Joiner‑Mover‑Leaver (JML) lifecycle management.
• Architect and configure SailPoint workflows, approval processes, policies, and access governance controls.
• Integrate SailPoint Identity
  
  IQ with enterprise applications and platforms, including Active Directory, SAP, LDAP, databases, cloud applications, and third‑party systems.
• Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance throughout the project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and support.
• Lead security, audit, and compliance initiatives, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements such as SOX, GDPR, and other industry standards.
• Review existing IAM processes and recommend improvements to enhance security, automation, operational efficiency, and user experience.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex identity management, provisioning, and access governance issues.
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, application, and business teams to deliver secure and scalable IAM solutions.
• Support enterprise transformation initiatives involving identity governance, access management, and cloud adoption.
• Strong understanding of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) concepts, including RBAC, ABAC, segregation of duties, access certifications, and Joiner‑Mover‑Leaver processes.
• Proven experience designing, implementing, customizing, and deploying SailPoint Identity
  
  IQ solutions in large enterprise environments.
• Strong integration experience using REST APIs, web services, connectors, and enterprise application integrations.
• Hands‑on experience with Java, Bean Shell, SQL, and SailPoint customization frameworks.
• Deep understanding of identity lifecycle management, access governance, provisioning, authentication, and authorization processes.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to lead architecture discussions and technical decision‑making.
• Experience with cloud identity platforms such as Azure Active Directory (Azure AD), AWS IAM, or similar cloud‑based IAM solutions.
• Experience leading large‑scale IAM transformation and modernization programs.
• Familiarity with security frameworks, governance standards, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Experience working within Agile and Dev Sec Ops  environments.
