Product Designer

We are seeking a Contract Product Designer to help shape the future of customer experiences. In this role, you will design intelligent support systems that enable AI-powered agents and human support representatives to work together seamlessly, helping customers resolve issues quickly, accurately, and with confidence.

You will focus on designing agent workflows, decision-support experiences, escalation paths, and operational tools that power support r work will directly influence how millions of support interactions are managed across complex customer journeys.

We’re looking for someone with minimum 3+ years of experience designing digital products for web and mobile platforms. You’ll be a systems thinker who thrives in complex environments, enjoys solving operational challenges at scale, and is passionate about creating intuitive experiences that enable both AI and human agents to deliver outstanding customer support.
