Role OverviewAs a Consumption Value Delivery Lead, you own your business and serve as a strategic partner. You build and nurture relationships with customers, manage your portfolio autonomously, and drive the growth, health and retention of our most strategic accounts. You provide executive‑level insights, highlight opportunities, and ensure every organization recognises the value of its Mule Soft investment.
Responsibilities- Proactive Stewardship: manage accounts, prioritize relationships, gather insights, and deliver business impact.
- Innovation: use Data & AI tools to monitor consumption patterns, identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Show not Tell: lead product demos and proof‑of‑concept projects to solve new business problems.
- Value Realisation: translate technical potential into business outcomes and communicate the ROI to C‑suite stakeholders.
- Business Partnering: act as a strategic consultant to sales leaders, providing holistic insights into account health and territory trends.
- Lead the Ohana: collaborate across a diverse, global team, share best practices and help “write the manual” for this new growth phase.
- 5‑7+ years of customer‑facing solutioning, consulting or account management with a proven track record.
- Deep understanding of enterprise IT, APIs, and how data and business processes connect.
- Strong analytical skills: comfortable with data and metrics, and able to translate insights into executive narratives.
- Ability to work across virtual teams and facilitate technical sessions with architects and senior leaders.
- Empathy for the customer journey and a bias for action.
