Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives across major banking and insurance organizations. Work closely with partners, consulting, and research teams to shape market strategy, originate new engagements, expand client relationships, and provide technology foresight and evidence‑based guidance to CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, COOs, CFOs, and senior IT leaders.

Engagements include:

• IT and Digital Strategy (technology roadmaps, target operating models, organisational design)
• AI strategy, adoption and value realisation
• Large‑scale transformation and execution support
• Technology governance, programme assurance and benefits realisation

Accountable for growing Gartner’s FSI consulting footprint in the Netherlands.

• Exceptional relationship‑building and influencing skills with proven C‑level conversations.
• Success in account development and revenue growth within financial services.
• Experience at a top‑tier management or technology consulting firm.
• Strong understanding of Dutch financial services landscape (banking, insurance).
• Deep expertise in one or more: C‑level advisory (AI, data, cloud, digital platforms); IT strategy and execution; core systems and application modernisation; value realisation from technology transformation.
• Comfortable selling complex, high‑value advisory work and building trust‑based executive relationships.
• Consistent high performer, combining commercial drive with intellectual curiosity, humility and resilience.
• Track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
