We are hiring for Netflix and are looking for an experienced Social Media Operations Specialist to join their team in Amsterdam.

In this role, you will work closely with cross‑functional stakeholders, vendors and external partners to manage workflows, oversee campaign trafficking and ensure operational excellence across global social media campaigns. This is not a creative role, but a role for someone deeply passionate about driving the complex and unseen technical engines that bring big brands to global audiences.

Responsibilities- Manage social campaign delivery and asset publishing across Instagram, Tik Tok, You Tube and X/Twitter in multiple regions.
- Liaise with client platform representatives on time‑sensitive issues.
- Execute planned and reactive takedown responsibilities.
- Execute security workflows, including page and platform access.
- Manage vendor and agency operations, including onboarding, training, monitoring and escalations.
- Oversee QC/QA processes.
- Contribute to managing and optimising operational metrics.
- Deliver operational and performance reporting.
- Coordinate localisation and secondary asset development.
- Maintain operational and measurement tools and dashboards routinely.
- Maintain workflow documentation and manage internal cross‑functional communications.
- Provide daily and weekly campaign or project status updates.
- Identify and resolve technical issues across internal and external toolsets.
- Provide recommendations to optimise operational workflows.
- Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- 4+ years of experience in Social Media Marketing, Ad Operations, Entertainment Ad Tech and/or Media Operations.
- Experience working across multiple EMEA markets.
- Knowledge of social media security workflows and systems.
- Proven ability to manage high volumes of assets with accuracy.
- Proficiency with third‑party reporting and productivity tools (e.g. Sprinklr, Google Workspace, Airtable, , 1
Password, Google Campaign Manager). - Strong understanding of media platforms and asset formats.
- Proven ability to develop effective media management and delivery solutions.
- Data‑driven approach to analysis and problem‑solving.
- Strong cross‑functional project and stakeholder management skills.
- Relevant certifications are a plus.
