Werkzaamheden
- Gebruikers telefonisch ondersteunen via remote op gebied van pc’s.
- Gebruikers ondersteunen, instrueren die langs bij de servicedesk kwamen.
- Registreren van incidenten en updaten binnen Topdesk.
- Doorzetten van incidenten naar beheerders.
- 1ste lijns incidenten en wijzigingen afhandelen en registreren in het AD
- Hardware uitgeven aan gebruikers. thin clients, telefonie, laptops.
Microsoft Azure, Intune, Citrix, office
365, Windows 10, Active Directory
- Afgeronde MBO ICT-Niveau 3/4 opleiding (diploma)
- Enige werkervaring
- Kennis Microsoft Windows en Office versies
- Kennis van ITIL is een pré
- Communicatief goed
