We’re looking for a Social Media Intern who actually gets content — what works, what doesn’t, and why. You’ll support the planning, production, and performance tracking of social-first content, working closely with the Social Media Lead, agency partners, media teams, and local markets.

You have a solid understanding of key platforms (Meta, Tik Tok, You Tube, etc.), are fluent in English, and are comfortable navigating both creative and analytical tasks.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY JOB Support the Social Media Lead in steering social-first content production with agency partners

Own and maintain performance dashboards, turning data into clear, actionable insights

Work with media teams to ensure content is effectively deployed in local media plans

Collaborate with local markets on content and channel strategy implementation

Contribute to continuous content optimization based on performance and platform trendsWE EXPECTStrong interest in social media, digital culture, and content formatsA sharp eye for what makes content engaging (and what kills it)
Analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights

Good working knowledge of Excel and Power Point Structured , reliable, and detail-oriented

Clear communicator, comfortable working across teams and markets
