  • Business readiness & adoption – drive change impact assessments and business readiness activities; ensure effective stakeholder communication, training and adoption; track adoption, value realization and post‑implementation performance.
  • Risk, compliance & security alignment – ensure alignment with risk, security and regulatory frameworks (e.g., DORA, GDPR); integrate security‑by‑design and control requirements; support audits, risk assessments and compliance activities.
  • Stakeholder & vendor management – act as end‑to‑end product owner and primary point of contact for stakeholders and vendors; align priorities, manage vendor performance, contracts and delivery outcomes.
  • Continuous improvement & innovation – identify innovation, automation and digitalization opportunities; improve product performance, user experience and resilience; strengthen product management discipline and change delivery maturity within PPSS.
