IGA Engineer

As an IGA (Identity Governance & Administration) Engineer, you will:

• Implement, configure, and maintain IGA platforms such as SailPoint, Saviynt, or IBM ISIM
• Design and optimize identity lifecycle management workflows including provisioning and deprovisioning
• Build and manage integrations with HR systems, directories, and enterprise applications
• Automate IAM processes using scripting languages like Python or Power Shell
• Support access certification campaigns and enforce RBAC policies
• Troubleshoot platform issues, debug workflows, and perform root-cause analysis
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to deliver identity solutions

• Hands-on experience with IGA tools (SailPoint, Saviynt or IBM ISIM)
• Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management and access governance
• Solid knowledge of RBAC and access certification processes
• Experience in scripting for automation and integrations
• Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams and communicate effectively

• Analyze complex identity and access issues and provide effective solutions
• Develop and maintain integrations using APIs and connectors
• Automate repetitive IAM tasks to improve efficiency
