Data & AI Specialist

We are looking for a Data & AI Specialist to support a major business transformation program. In this role, you will partner with stakeholders across the organization to identify opportunities for data, automation, and AI‑driven innovation. You will help design and implement scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency, enhance user experiences, and accelerate digital transformation initiatives

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into Data & AI solutions.
• Identify, design, and implement AI, analytics, and automation opportunities to optimize business processes and increase productivity.
• Develop and support workflow automation solutions using modern automation platforms and AI technologies.
• Ensure data quality, model performance, governance, and compliance with responsible AI principles and standards.
• Contribute to the development of the organization's Data & AI foundation, including best practices, documentation, templates, and knowledge‑sharing initiatives.

• 5+ years of experience working in Data, AI, Advanced Analytics, or related technology environments.
• Strong knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Experience with workflow automation platforms such as n8n, Power Automate, or similar tools.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, .NET, or equivalent technologies.
• Solid understanding of data engineering concepts and cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving skills, with experience working in agile environments.
