Senior Workday HCM Consultant

As a Senior Workday HCM Consultant, you will:

• Design, configure, and maintain Workday Core HCM components, including organizations, job profiles, positions, and supervisory structures.
• Configure and optimize business processes for employee lifecycle events such as hiring, transfers, promotions, and terminations.
• Implement eligibility rules for compensation, benefits, and other HCM-related processes.
• Develop and maintain organizational hierarchies and supervisory organizations aligned with business requirements.
• Perform regular audits of HCM configurations, business processes, and employee data to ensure accuracy, compliance, and data integrity.
• Support organizational changes by updating Workday configurations during restructures, annual cycles, and business initiatives.
• Configure and maintain Workday security roles, domain policies, and user access controls.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to HCM workflows, security, reporting, and data integrity.
• Develop custom reports, dashboards, and analytics using Workday Report Writer to support HR decision-making.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure seamless integration with other Workday modules and enterprise systems.
• Participate in Workday implementation, enhancement, and optimization initiatives while following best practices.

• 6–8 years of experience in Workday HCM with strong expertise in Workday Core HCM.
• Hands‑on experience configuring organizations, job profiles, positions, supervisory organizations, and business process frameworks.
• Strong understanding of Workday security model, security groups, and domain policies.
• Experience building custom reports and dashboards using Workday Report Writer.
• Solid understanding of HR business processes, compliance requirements, and employee lifecycle management.
• Experience troubleshooting Workday workflows, security issues, and data integrity challenges.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and configuration skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross‑functional teams.
• Preferred Qualifications:
  
  Workday Core HCM Certification.
• Experience with Workday Compensation, Recruiting, and Absence Management modules.
• Experience participating in Workday implementation, rollout, or optimization projects.
