Mila Health is op zoek naar een Head of Growth die verantwoordelijk is voor het ontwikkelen van de volledige growthstrategie van de organisatie. In deze rol bouw je niet alleen campagnes, maar ontwikkel je systemen voor acquisitie en retentie die direct gekoppeld zijn aan omzetgroei.
Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende teams en de focus ligt op het professionaliseren van growth binnen een snelgroeiende omgeving. De rol omvat het sturen op verschillende KPI's en het implementeren van slimme technologieën zoals AI.
Jij krijgt de vrijheid om een toekomstbestendig growth team op te bouwen en internationale expansie aan te sturen vanuit Amsterdam.
